Return Policy
At Opulent Echoes, we pride ourselves on the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our luxurious earrings. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not offer a return or exchange unless required by law.
Returns: Due to hygiene and quality reasons, products sold by Opulent Echoes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under normal circumstances. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and you are entitled to a return or exchange in the case of a defective product as per Australian Consumer Law.
Defective Products: If you believe your product is defective or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us immediately at returns@opulentechoes.com.au with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 5 days, whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund as a result of the defect. If eligible, we will send you a replacement or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
Exceptions: Please note that we cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings worn or used, due to hygiene reasons.
- Sale items or gift cards.
